The Pro HD SMB is a Surface Marker Buoy that floats on the surface to mark the location of the divers. It is a particularly resistant professional signal buoy as it is made of resin-coated 210D nylon with internal polyurethane coating. It features three inflation systems: through the scuba regulator from the lower area, with the mouth inflator, or by connecting a dry suit or vest hose in case of deep inflation (the connection rod is self-released to prevent the balloon from dragging the diver towards the surface). Internal "duck bill" heat welding to prevent accidental emptying of the balloon on the surface in case of rough seas. It's red in color and it has a top reflective band for high visibility from long distances. Insert to fix a chemical or strobe light on the top. Mini overpressure and quick emptying valve with handle. It features a lead base on the bottom to maintain verticality when inflated. Rollable on itself without lining, for quick removal, and with double elastic band closure. Carabiner for a fast attachment to the scuba diving equipment.
